1. New! How do I change my solengineering email password ?
To change your password, go to http://solengineering.co.ug:2095 You will be prompted to login. Enter yourusername@solengineering.co.ug and password. On the new page, click on 'Change password' option and you will be prompted to enter new password.
2.My email time seems to be incorrect , how do I correct it ?
By default the email time is set to central Ugandasoft servers time .To customise time to your region say East Africa Kampala ,login in to your email and on the left menu Click on Options..then Global Options .. and Click on Locale and Time ...under the Time Zone drop down select your location. e.g Africa/Nairobi or Africa/Kampala if you are in East Africa or to Africa/Accra if you are in Ghana.
3. How do I configure Ms Outlook to send/recieve my emails ?
The POP3 / SMTP address for send/receive is mail.solengineering.co.ug . Follow the Outlook account set up wizard you will have your emails fetched to Ms outlook on the fly !. More help contact http://support.ugandasoft.com
